A professionally trained chef, Jim is no stranger to attention to detail and standards of tastes. A decade ago he assumed ownership of San Remo. Named after the Italian city known for its beautiful flowers, Jim cultivated this already cultured shop into a veritable studio of color and form. Weddings, in particular, are a favorite of his. In fact, many would attest that when it comes to weddings, Jim is as passionate as the bride. He adores his clients and is most delighted when he exceeds their expectations.

Having started her career in the floral industry in 1982, Janette not only brings her extensive background in art and design to the team, but also her invaluable logistical and planning skills. This fusion of aesthetic sense and organizational instinct has allowed Janette to master the flower wholesale system, delivery and event logistics from the perspective of both a designer and a manager.

Chad's creativity and designs have not only made him a successful business owner for over five years, but also a floral celebrity in Hollywood. As lead floral designer for Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, he worked as a Floral Stylist to many stars over the years. Now residing in Toronto, Chad has taken his superb talent and passion for reflexed roses and fabric coved vases to San Remo's team.
